Just wanted to take a minute and thank you for supplying such a wonderful natural sunscreen product.A little background, I am 55 year old white male with fair skin who recently relocated to Florida (from New England). I like to run and golf which puts me out in the sun for a large portion of the day. I have always used sunscreen to protect myself, usually going for whatever brand is on sale at Wal-Mart. Most of the time I would be using either Banana Boat or Coppertone with a high SPF. A recent health issue forced me to abandon the sunscreen for a while, I was diagnosed with a severe toxic overload that was affecting my nervous system with resulted in a sunburn type pain on my arms and legs. Not knowing what initiated this condition I was afraid to put any chemicals on my body until the pain subsided. Finally after a year I'm ready to get out again. First step for me was finding a natural sunscreen product that would not aggravate my skin issue. I did the usual searches on Google and decided to go with your Melansol SPF 25. I loved the product the first time I put it on. I loved the fact when I was golfing or running the sweat runoff into my eyes did not sting like other sunscreens. The best thing though is my skin feels good when I use this product. The only problem is when I told my wife how pleased I was with the product see decided to try it. Once she tried it she was hooked. So I had to place a second order within one week of receiving my initial order. This is a woman that is very serious about what she puts on her skin, moisturizers at night and sunscreen everyday, rain or shine. Her skin type is much different from mine (more of a natural tan, she grew up in Jamaica), so she tried the SPF 10 which suited her skin type much better and is now hooked on that. Now we are both hooked, me with my SPF 25 and my wife with her SPF 10. Thanks again for supplying such a great product.

I am so happy I finally found a product that gives me the suntanning results I want as well as the protection I need without the danger of chemicals and unnecessary ingredients. We spend a lot of time in the sun and I have been using Melansol on my daughter for the past three years. She is fair skinned, blonde and blue eyed and she has a beautiful golden tan. We were recently on vacation and at the beach everyday for two weeks, granted I have a much darker complexion, but I only use dark tanning lotion or SPF 10, and never once burned. Most days I did not even re-apply. This is a product I truly believe in. Be great if you could make SPF 6 and 8 and continue with the dark tanning lotion too!

I have ultra sensitive skin. I have tried Sunscreens from Departments stores (Clarins and Clinique) to CVS (Water babies) and everything in between. I have had allergic reactions to all of them. I have so many full tubes of sunscreens at home. I can't use any of them. It has been such a disappointment…I received the MelanSol samples and LOVE them! I have tried them on my extremely sensitive skin, including my face, and had no reaction! I couldn't believe it! That had never happened before. The sunscreen was light weight and not greasy. I like the natural smell. The moisturizer made my skin feel incredibly soft. I will definitely be placing an order today! It took me so long to find a product that was strong enough to protect me from the suns harsh rays, but gentle enough not to irritate my skin. More people should know about your products. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

You politely took the time to tell me about MelanSol. So i got 4 bottles! I have also sent the information to a few friends. I am so horrified that we are wearing all these chemicals on our skin thinking that we're doing the right thing. I hope that more people will learn about your product. I have also checked out the youtube videos and sent those to friends and family, VERY good information. This information should be on a segment on GMA and the Today Show--all the over-the-counter sunscreen manufacturers would be quite rattled if that happened.

Just a quick note to say that I finally had time to spend a few hours out in the sun today and tried my new MelanSol® sunscreen SPF 20 for the first time. Everything that your site described how this product would perform was exactly my experience! I received my order yesterday in good order thank you. I love the feel and texture of both products, they are very nourishing. As someone who abused her skin for about 40 years, with beach volleyball, tennis, bike riding and endless sunbathing and beach time, most of without the benefit of sunscreen, and then subsequently employing bad sunscreens, I'm so happy to have found your product. My husband and I are both fair, as is our daughter and her husband and her three year old, so we were really on a search to find a natural, effective, quality product. Our daughter had researched it thoroughly and tried many products available locally, but most were so unpleasant to wear her husband rebelled. I had sent her a MelanSol many months ago but they had run out and were using something that smelled like bear grease. Her husband exclaimed, "I hate this stuff! What good is sunscreen if you won't wear it? I'm always getting burnt because I can't stand it! Why can't we get some Banana boat or something?" **I must share this healthful tip with you in case you want to give it a try...plus, you know I can't keep good stuff to myself! -- As you know hats don't protect us from the harmful UVA and UVB rays from the sun, but MelanSol® 100% Natural Sunscreen does. Rated 5 out of 5-- I always wanted to use one product instead of 4: primer, moisturizer, antioxidant and sunscreen - since my mornings are usually hectic. I tried several products including Almay Regimen Moisturizer SPF 15 with grapeseed, Coppertone Ultra Sheer Faces SPF 30 with retinol, Dove's Energy Glow Brightening Moisturizer with SPF 15 and few others. These are all above average products, and my skin never complained, but my eyes used to hurt if this stuff got anywhere around them. Coppertone's smell is not very appealing too, and Dove is too glittery. But again, my skin was fine with these products, never broke out or anything, so I thought I was happy. Lately, I heard rumors about this company in Florida that makes all-natural-absolutely-no-chemicals sunscreen that also actually improves skin, and thought I had to give it a try. Now, I'm not going back to the products I used before (and since I have some of them left, I'll just use them on my body). Although people who talked about MelanSol and raved about how wonderful it feels were still complaining about the smell, I actually liked the smell: a very natural and fresh. Too bad it disappears after about 20 minutes after application. The sunscreen has Bio-Melanin in its ingredients, which is a very powerful antioxidant, Mineral Pigments, Green Tea and Vitamin E. But the best part is that I USED IT ON MY EYES, and it didn't irritate them a bit! I don't have to use separate eye sunscreen on my eyes anymore, and I appreciate this convenience. It's too early to say if it improves my skin, but we'll see. I really like the fact that I receive a good sun protection without any chemicals applied on my face, and I don't have to use primer, because makeup lines up nicely on it.

"The 100% pure ingredient MelanSol arrived on Oct. 4, 2007. The next day I used MelanSol and was surprised that the smell from the ingredient Coconut Oil was not stronger to give it that sunscreen smell (as some other sunscreens do). For all the ingredients it has it does not give a particular identifiable smell...but the texture is smooth and soft I would say like Nivea cream or lotion. But after it is on the skin it feels wonderful and no smell is present anymore. No more drying skin and no more being scared of side effect from the ingredients. Thanks for a terrific product.
